The PRA serves as the preferred source of Education, Training, Resources and Research for the state's thriving Restaurant industry.
We focus on training the hospitality industry in Food Safety, Responsible Alcohol Service, and providing discounted educational resources to our membership. The PRA also supports the future of the Industry by offering Scholarships to encourage students to pursue Hospitality as a Career, not just a job.
