PRA POWER PEC Golf Classic West

Date: August 31, 2009
Location: Nemacolin Woodland Resorts in Farmington, PA

Held at a premier golf course in Western PA, funds from The POWER PEC Golf Classis West support the PRA Political Education Fund and the NRA Save America Free enterprise (SAFE) fund.  Proceeds from this tournament are used to educate elected officials about industry issues.  These funds are used to support PRA’s lobbying efforts and help defeat anti-business initiatives such as Philadelphia’s proposed menu labeling ordinance in 2007.  All members are encouraged to join the PRA for a great day on the links and to help us reach our fundraising goals.  Reserve early. 
This outing is always a sell-out and supports the PRA’s Political Education Committee (PEC).  PRA PEC funds are used to educate elected federal, state, and local elected officials about the importance of the restaurant & foodservice industry and on issues that affect the industry.  The work of the PRA PEC is to promote and protect the restaurant & foodservice industry in Pennsylvania.
