Contemporary Culinary Competition and Salon

The American Culinary Federation invites all chefs and cooks to participate in its Contemporary Hot Food Competition. 
Competition will showcase skill and style while preparing a savory award winning dish.

Competitions will be judged by an American Culinary Federation approved panel. ACF medals and cash prizes will be awarded. In the past, these competitions have been co-sponsored by Chef Magazine, Penn Fixture and Supply, Co., the Pennsylvania Beef Council, National Pork Board, Pennsylvania Pork Producers Council, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Cargill Meat Solutions and Albert Uster Imports.
