As a valued customer of the ServSafe Food Safety and ServSafe Alcohol programs, we wanted to make you aware of some very important changes that have been made to the ordering, payment and shipping process for all of your course and exam materials.
Effective Monday, January 5, 2009, all orders for ServSafe Food Safety and ServSafe Alcohol materials will be handled through the National Restaurant Association Solutions (NRAS). The Pennsylvania Restaurant Association (PRA) and the NRAS have recently partnered to create a new platform for the development, sales and service of all ServSafe products. This exciting change will provide you with more centralized service, allowing for a one-stop shopping experience.
Please refer to the following information regarding all of your customer service needs.
- PRA members will receive a member discount of 20% from retail pricing when ordering through the NRAS

- Important note for Online orders: Click here to place orders with the NRAS. This is a required step in order for the PRA 20% member discount to be applied.
