PRA is located on the corner of Front and State Streets in Downtown Harrisburg, two blocks from the PA State Capitol.  Use the State Street entrance and ring the buzzer.
You will need to use street parking when visiting the office.  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Directions

From I-81:  Take the Front Street South exit.  Go about 1 mile. Shortly after you pass the Harvey Taylor Bridge/Forster Street, look for State Street on your left.  We are on the corner of Front and State.  Parking is available on State.

From I-83:  Take the 2nd Street exit.  Pass through downtown and stay in your left lane.  Turn left at the light onto State Street. 

From the West Shore:  Take the Market Street Bridge over the Susquehanna River.  Turn left onto 2nd St.  Pass through downtown and stay in your left lane.  Turn left at the light onto State Street.
